Frayed Hole Tutorial.

Works best on thin, slightly sheer low quality cotton fabric. I used an old Tee that i bought from a Cotton On Sale.

It’s super duper easy as can be seen by the photos above. It’s basically three main steps, stretch, poke and pull. And you’re done!

Use any sharp object to poke the stretched fabric. I used a 0.38 pen that was within reach and then use your fingers and some help from your fingernails to gently pull the frays out, keep doing it until you get a wispy spider web ;)

I actually did this during class because I was too bored. So that’s how fast and easy it is.

Make sure you vary the sizes of the rips/holes and make arrange it in a disorganized manner. DO NOT ever form a straight row. It will look well, weird.

I would suggest making one big hole and then putting various smaller ones around it.

Or you could even create one mega rip at the back of your tee and show off your sexy back. Now, that would be awesome ;)

Enjoy.
